SUQAH shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout. SUQAH shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of certain garments, SUQAH does not offer returns.

We only offer size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, washing, or missing tags may not qualify for exchange.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, store credit or alternative solutions may be offered at SUQAH’s discretion.

SUQAH manages the exchange process; however, approval remains subject to quality inspection.
