Exchange policy:

We understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary. We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product. However, exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

1. Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please provide proper photographic evidence of the damage for our records.

2. Incorrect Product Sent: If you receive the wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will exchange it for the correct item. Again, proper photographic evidence is required.

Return policy:

At Suqah, we prioritize the health and hygiene of our customers. For this reason, we can only accept returns if the item is unworn, in original condition, and with tags intact.

We understand that sometimes refunds may be necessary. We offer return refunds within 3 days of receiving the product.

Once the returned piece passes our quality check, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We kindly ask our customers to keep this in mind before making a purchase.
