Thank you for shopping with SUQAH. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

SUQAH currently ships only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed only on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During launches, sales, festive periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, festivals, or unforeseen delays.

SUQAH does not guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

SUQAH may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at its sole discretion.


5. PREPAID ORDERS ONLY

SUQAH currently accepts prepaid orders only.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through your registered contact details.

Customers are encouraged to track shipments directly through the courier partner for the latest updates.


7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

SUQAH shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


8. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Regional restrictions

  • High order volumes

SUQAH shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


9. LOST, DAMAGED, OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please contact us within 24 hours of deliverywith:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for review.


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

Customers are advised to carefully review all order details before completing payment.


11. STOCK AVAILABILITY

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to inventory issues or stock discrepancies.

If this occurs:

  • The affected order may be cancelled by SUQAH.

  • A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
