Returns and Exchanges at Suqah

We put a lot of love and care into creating every Suqah piece, and we truly want you to feel amazing in what you receive. If something doesn’t feel right, we are here to help in the easiest way possible.

we currently accept returns only in the rare case of a genuine manufacturing defect or if your product arrives damaged. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us run responsibly.

Eligibility for Return

A return can be requested if your product has a genuine defect or has been damaged in transit.

We request you to please raise your concern within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

The product should be unused, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags intact.

How to Request a Return

To keep the process smooth and fair for everyone, all return requests are handled only through our self-serve Returns Portal.

While submitting your request, we request you to share clear images or a short video of the issue so our team can review it with care.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for you and keep you informed at every step.

Kindly note that we are unable to process return requests through DMs or WhatsApp as this helps us avoid any delays or miscommunication.

Exchanges

We happily offer size or color exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Refunds

Once a returned product reaches us, your refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Reverse Pickup

For all approved return and exchange requests, we arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.

Pickup timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner availability.
